Please allow at least 1-2 weeks notice for Birthday & Novelty cakes.  All large dessert catering orders and wedding cakes require at least one month notice.

About Caroline

She is the owner, pastry chef & artist of Caroline's Creations, serving the Fresno area since 2003.

 She attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA where she obtained her Baking and Pastry Certification.

She worked at Bakeries, Restaurants and Large Event Catering companies in the Bay area before returning to the central valley in 2003 where she has worked at local bakeries while also promoting her own business through word of mouth.
